I haven’t made a recipe in years and this is my first step back into the game after starting back up a few months back. I threw this together quickly for a competition in my homebrew club that is happening this month. I am excited to see what others have to say about it but also don’t expect to win, just excited to join in the fun!

Since I have been out of the game for a few years I haven’t really experimented with all the new hops. For this one I wanted to keep it pretty simple and not go too over the top figuring the simple route gives me a chance at a solid beer. I have used Simcoe before and figured it would be a good choice for some bittering hops and went with Mosaic since I have loved it in all the commercial brews I have had it in.
