I made this German pilsner earlier in the year using American Cascade hops for the bittering addition due to having quite a bit in storage. I loved it so much that it didn’t last very long and decided I needed more for football season. I brewed up another batch, but this time I didn’t having the suck-back problem with the sanitizer! Numbers lined up even better this time and plan to tap it at the next OTMP brew meeting in a few days as our pre-meeting pints before the Belgian Triple competition begins.
